Never did I think when I started this blog 10 years ago that I’d still be here today! Yet here we are 10 years on and I’m still here.
I don’t actually hit 10 years until the 19th of January but with Sarah hitting it last month and me hitting it this month, we had to do something to celebrate!
So what has happened in the last years year?
10 years of Futures
It is fair to say that in 10 years there have many ups and many downs. I’ve announced being pregnant with Jack and Olivia. I’ve shared when they arrived here and here. I’ve also talked about the less talked about side of pregnancy, when it doesn’t go to plan. I’ve even talked about some bad times in our lives and how Jack was dealing with it all.
I’ve been to Bluestone and even Paris due to my role as a blogger and visited many attractions along the way. I’ve been lucky enough to have been a Merlin Annual Pass holder as well as a Paradise Wildlife Park blogger and I couldn’t be more grateful to you, my readers, who keep coming back, commenting and sharing and becoming my friends.
Blogging has also helped me in so many ways. It has helped me to forge a career – my blog has led me to get freelance writing jobs and I also work as a virtual assistant for bloggers and content creators. I also got a virtual assistant role for someone else, all thanks to this blog.
I’ve met and made so many friends – too many to list here – but I count them as some of my closest friends and have so many good memories of our times together.

It has been one hell of a ride and I am so grateful to have been along for the journey.
The Future…
I really don’t know what to expect in the future. I still love writing, I love working with other bloggers and content creators and I love working with companies. I love running competitions for my readers and love just generally having somewhere to put down my thoughts!
Competition
To celebrate our 10 years of blogging, Sarah and I decided it would be the perfect time to give away one of the most wanted gadgets of late, the Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser, so that you can read our blogs whilst sipping on a cup of the best hot chocolate there is!
So how can you be in with a chance of winning this prize?
Well, let us know using 8 words of more:
What is your favourite memory of the last 10 years from our blogs?

I couldn’t pick just one; it’s seeing you and your family grow throughout all those memories together
I don’t have kids myself, not yet, however, I’ve appreciated the posts of your pregnancies, and including the heart breaking miscarriage in 2015 – I think these things are important to talk about, because it helps other women know they’re not alone, and that it doesn’t make them abnormal.
I find it’s important as a person who plans to have children in the future to know about the ups and downs of pregnancy and having children, so blog posts like that can be very insightful 🙂
Here’s to another 10 years of growing, learning, and sharing xox
I couldn’t pick just one, they are all interesting, I love following your family and what you are up to.

I really liked your article on adult tricycles mostly because I could really see how it could work for me. I’m waiting for the electric tricycle to come out. I’m not sure I would have the courage to ride one though.
