NSpa Jojoba and White Jasmine Body Polish

Part 3 of my nspa reviews – as I have mentioned before, I was sent a selection of travel sized products and am reviewing them one by one over the space of some weeks. You can find previous reviews here.

nspa are a brand sold exclusively at Asda supermarkets. They have a variety of bodycare and skincare products at extremely affordable prices. I am currently trialling their 3 step skincare routine and their 3 step bodycare routine. The review today is all about the 2nd step in the bodycare routine; the Jojoba and White Jasmine Body Polish.

Designed to be used after cleansing on damp skin, this product should be used twice a week or more often if you so wish. Containing walnut shell (which provides the exfoliating qualities to scrub away dead skin), jojoba, rosehip oil and essential oil of sandalwood, this is quite a light scrub which isn’t quite as gritty as other scrubs I have used. I usually prefer something with a bit more grit so I really know my needs are being met. I’m very lucky not to have sensitive skin so I can afford to use something a little harsher.

Although perhaps a little lighter than I would have perhaps hoped, I can’t fault it on the fact that it did remove my dead skin. However, I probably wouldn’t purchase this particular nspa product again as I am sure I would probably neglect it for other, grittier scrubs.

This particular product retails for just £2.95 here and is currently on a 2 for £5 offer on the Asda website.

What is your favourite scrub?
