We were sent a hamper from Prestige Hampers for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.
With Christmas looking like it will be very different this year, many of us have been thinking about how we will be celebrating now that plans have had to be changed. We usually spend time with Steve’s family up in Lincolnshire for some of the Christmas holidays and spend time with my Mum too however this is not going to be the case this year.
Since we won’t be seeing many of our family members for the foreseeable future, we’ve been thinking how we can still send gifts and show people we care. One such way would be with a hamper and we were kindly gifted this Christmas hamper from Prestige Hampers so you can see what gift options they have for this festive seasons. You may recall our review of some more of their products recently too.

We were sent the Fabulous Christmas basket which retails at £69.99. So what items come in the hamper?

Inside the handmade wicker basket, there was:
- Waters Edge White Zinfandel 187ml
- Waters Edge Pinot Grigio 187ml – QB203
- Waters Edge Merlot 187ml
- Yorkshire Crisps Sea Salted Crisps 100g
- Farmhouse Black Olive Savoury Biscuits 100g
- Matthew Walker Luxury Christmas Pudding 100g
- New English Teas Afternoon Tea 12g
- OoH Chocolata Blond Pure White Chocolate 50g
- Belgian Choc Marc De Champagne Truffles 200g
- Belgian Caramel Chocolate Thins 80g
- Mrs Darlington Strawberry Jam 130g
- Mrs Darlington Medium Cut Orange Marmalade 130g

When it comes to hampers, I think the best ones have a little bit of everything and this one really does. Some sweet, some savoury, some alcoholic, something else to drink (tea) for those who aren’t necessarily a fan of alcohol. A hamper when gifted should cater for a lot of different tastes and this hamper definitely deserves the title of Fabulous Christmas.
The items inside are delicious, flavourful and indulgent. The caramel Belgian chocolate thins barely lasted a day – they were so moreish and delicious! The truffles were a real treat and the crisps provided a real satisfying crunch.

I especially loved the addition of the Christmas pudding in the hamper that serves 1 – no one else in my house really likes Christmas pudding so I am saving this for Christmas Day for myself! Everything came in a fantastic wicker basket – such good quality and durable and which I will be using in the future for other things! I still use my Best of British box now for my Christmas decorations!
If you are looking for a gift idea for friends or family that you may not be able to see over the festive period this year, then definitely check out the range of hampers Prestige Hampers have to offer – you won’t be disappointed as there are plenty to choose from!

That is a nice mixture of goodies in the hamper, a real treat. I agree things like this are great presents especially this year when we’re not going to be able to see all of the family x
What a lovely selection of goodies in the hamper, which in itself is really cute! It looks like it would make a lovely Christmas present. 🙂
