Is it sad at how excited I was to see post addressed to my blog? Haha, it has never happened to me! Can only imagine what the postman thought!

Dear Fall Out Boy, Nice to see you back. Can you play music like your old stuff though please? Not a fan so far.
Dear Louise, Charlotte & Kaye, I loved reminiscing last night – who didn’t love a bit of The Used and FOB back in the day?
Dear illness, Please disappear now. You’ve made me and Steve feel rough all week and now you seem to be turning your attention to Jack…great.
Dear Mum, Why are you so hard to buy for when it comes to your birthday? I’m so stuck.
Dear scented candles, Please stop being SO tempting. I just can’t stop buying you.
Dear Lisa & Lou, I hope I get to see you two tomorrow!
Dear Ebay, I guess we’ll be getting reacquainted over the weekend, eh?

Dear Kirsty, I remember you saying you read my Friday Letters posts, so if you’re reading this, HELLO!

Dear Jack, I just want to give you cuddles so much right now! Teething and cold like symptoms? You really are going through the wars, aren’t you? 🙁

Dear Jack, Stop being so darn cute that when I’m telling you off, I stop because of the adorable look on your face. It isn’t fair haha! Also, please don’t bite me all the time. Just because you’ve now got your top teeth coming through, it doesn’t mean you need to test them out on everything in sight – including me!
Dear Lisa & Louise, Thank you for the bloggers night in the other evening, we need to do it again sometime!
Dear Sarah, Thank you for always being my sounding board – you’re a fantastic friend.
Dear Steve, Sorry for being such a stresshead recently, working in retail on a busy season plus being a mummy plus housework and blogging does not make a very happy Bex.
Dear Mum & Dad, Thanks for all that you have done this year. I say this all the time but it doesn’t cheapen the meaning at all – I truly appreciate it.
Dear readers, Thank you for stopping by this blog, I really appreciate every single one of you & I have so many ideas for 2013 – I can’t wait to get started RIGHT NOW.

    1. I know, he has me wrapped around his little finger!xo

  2. I don't think I'd be able to tell off that face either! Bless him :')

Aww such a cutie! Good luck with teething. My little guy loved those rings you put in the freezer when he was going through that (so long ago!).

And hope you survive the holiday season! I worked @ Target for years and do not miss Black Friday and the X-mas rush haha Just remember, it's almost over!

    1. Ah yeah, he loves those too! Ugh, I'm so thankful Christmas season is over at work… however, we're launching Valentines Day in the middle of Jan…JOY!x

Friday Letters

A sneaky peek of things coming up on the blog very soon…

Dear Scentsy,
Where have you been all my life? Thank you for Lori for introducing me to them! I’ve been having fun trying everything out!
Dear WUBB girlies,
Loving our conversations recently – you’re all so lovely & supportive of each other and I’m proud to be involved in this review panel. Hope you’re all getting on well with the snail cream!
Dear HOEW girls,
Sorry I haven’t checked in recently, everything has gone mad round here. Working one job, then doing bar shifts, plus having a baby and blogging here means I have neglected our little project a bit. Fear not, I shall add some more reviews over the next couple of days.
Dear Bonfire Night,
You are one of my favourite days of the year and I cannot wait for you. It is going to be so exciting to take Jack to see the fireworks!
Dear Jack,
I can’t believe it! You said your first proper word the other day! You’ve been saying Dada, Mama and Nana for a while now but your first word was SO hilarious. I can’t believe you had the cheek to turn round and tell your Daddy ‘NO!’ when he was telling you off! Suffice to say, you didn’t get told off as we were cracking up laughing! However, this has become your favourite thing to say since…I feel like I’m being told off by you! Haha. I’ve also spent some time ordering your birthday presents, I hope you like them as much as I do!

Dear work,
Hello, you tire me out big time. That is all!
Dear torrential rain,
Please take your miserable raindrops elsewhere!
Dear readers,
Sorry posting has been a little strange this week – I have gone back to work and most of my free time is obviously being spent with Jack. I should hopefully have some sort of system in place by next week however.

Dear Dad,
Finally you are out of hospital! It seems a little strange ringing your house phone now and you answering it though! You seem a lot better in yourself and its great to see.

Dear Phil,
Thanks for being a pillar of strength whilst Dad was in hospital. The fact that you were going to work, getting home, coming to see Dad, having 1 or 2 hours sleep and then going back to work is incredible – I don’t know how you survived on such little sleep but I do admire you for it. Now that Dad is home, make sure you get plenty of rest.

Dear readers,
Wow, I have gone past the 600 mark with you! Thank you so much, its hard to believe you want to read my rambles!

Dear Ems,
It was great seeing you the other day. We should make this a regular thing!

Dear Hunger Games,
Why did you cut out so much from the book?

Dear Jack,
You are growing everyday and rapidly approaching one years old – and that is super scary! It doesn’t seem like nearly a year ago that you were born…

Dear Steve,
Get better soon! Only you could come down with an awful cold just before our holiday!

Dear Joanna,
You seriously make me laugh so hard with your random tweets. If I’m having a bad day, I can guarantee you’ll put a smile on my face with something bizarre! (follow her here)
Dear Steve & Laura,
Thanks for a great day out at the Olympics the other day…although it was stressful in parts, it was a fab day out.
Dear Jack,
You are seriously being the cheekiest little man ever! You behave so well for both sets of grandparents, then we come home and you are an absolute nightmare! I’m sure you’re teething but it seems to be getting nowhere…
Dear Kirsty,
I hope you’ve had some time to check out those videos I sent you…such great memories!
Dear Village Hall,
Please be free for the first weekend in December when I come down to book! Little man is going to be 1 and it has to be super special.
Dear Mum,
Thanks for helping me out when I’m almost tearing my hair out with despair. I truly appreciate it.
Dear Work,
Hello Old Friend. Nice to see you again. Let’s catch up.

I knew you could do it! Congratulations on getting the job. You deserve it!
Dear Yasemin and the Bare Minerals St. Albans girls,
Thank you for holding a great blog event last week; you were all so lovely and Louise and I really enjoyed ourselves!
Dear readers,
I have been receiving some lovely emails and tweets this week from some of you. I just want to say that it really does make my day to know that you are enjoying the blog. Also, have you noticed the blog buttons in the sidebar? You should totally check those girls out, they have some super amazing blogs!
Dear Hele,
It has been lovely catching up with you again after a while. Knowing that there is another blogger out there hitting exactly the same milestones with her little boy is great as I have someone to talk to about it! Haha.
Dear Jack,
WOW. You started crawling this week, bubba! Also, since I wrote your 7 month update post on Wednesday, you have learnt to stand up in your cot (giving Mummy a shock in the morning when she wakes up and sees you peering at her!) and we think you may have said your first word yesterday! If you didn’t, it definitely sounded like it! You’re so clever and growing up so fast, I even struggle to believe it has been seven months already – where does the time go?

Dear Mum and Dad?
Come back from your holiday now please? You’ve gone away for 10 days and I miss you like mad. I know you’re coming back tomorrow but these 10 days have been the longest of my life, considering I’m used to seeing you nearly every day! I hope you’ve bought me some nice presents!

I’ve seen this feature on a few different blogs so I thought I’d give it a go and get out what I need to say.

Dear Job,
I don’t know if you’ll be there for me to come back to after maternity leave. I’m really sad at all the uncertainty currently surrounding everything and no one is telling me anything. I hope something can be done to sort out all our problems.

Dear Jack,
Thank you for brightening my days up with your smiles, You didn’t half give me a fright this morning – you’re not well and all I want to do is give you loads and loads of cuddles.

Dear Sophie (little sis),
When am I going to see you again? It has been too long.

Dear Charlotte and Lulu,
Where would I be without you girls?Always there to hear me moan! We talk about the most random stuff and sometimes that is just what I need.

Dear Rachael,
It’s so sad we only started talking after you moved to the US. I think you’re a great girl.

Dear Jasmine,
Thanks for inspiring me to write this feature. I’ve got so many reviews and picture posts to put up, but I needed to get some words down and your blog inspired me to write these little notes. Thank you.

Dear blog readers,
Thank you for all being you and visiting my little corner of the Internet – you will never know just how much I appreciate it.

Have you got any little notes you’d like to write to anyone?

xo
