We were recently sent a couple of Winnie The Pooh items for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.
I am a big fan of bringing up my children on those classic characters from literature. Paddington Bear, Peter Rabbit, Elmer, Thomas The Tank Engine, Winnie The Pooh….characters I grew up on and who my parents most likely did too. Jack has always been a big fan of all of these and I was keen to bring Olivia up to be a fan too. After all, these characters have endured all these years for a reason, haven’t they?
With Olivia about to celebrate her first Christmas soon and then her first birthday shortly after, it was tough to know what to get her – after all, babies don’t need much. I’m still thinking – but these toys we were sent would make the perfect gift for babies in your life.
We were sent a gorgeous Winnie The Pooh soft toy and Piglet ring rattle from Rainbow Designs for Olivia to enjoy. Soft and cuddly and perfect for growing hands, these are great for someone of Olivia’s age – she is just getting really active and discovering things and likes to shake the rattle before giving her teddy a cuddle.
The rattle is really light and very very soft – Olivia has been having great fun shaking it around (and giving it the odd chew when teething gets too much for her). The Winnie The Pooh soft toy has proved a winner at bedtime, with her often wanting to snuggle up to it before going to sleep. He is also great fun to snuggle up to when chilling in the bouncer – or to launch at your brother’s head! Just look at the enjoyment on her face in the picture below, haha!
