Weight Loss Diary #20

It is now the Easter holidays and boy, has it been stressful already! I’m here with another weight loss diary and to talk about just how well I did after I planned to maintain last week.

Being at home with Jack does not help weight loss in the slightest – I want to eat all of the food!- so we have been trying to get out as much as possible..However, we did end up at the fair when it was over in our village and that wasn’t exactly good for weight loss either!

With a funeral and a family meal last week, I was looking for a hopeful maintain when it came to weighing on Monday…so how did I do? Did I manage to maintain?

weight loss

NOPE. I put on 1lb which, in all honesty, is better than I thought it would be. My hopeful maintain was exactly that – hopeful – and I know it could have been A LOT worse! I’m hoping to lose 2lb this week but I am not getting as much exercise in this week and the temptation to eat more is going to be there so it is going to be difficult.

Wish me luck!

  2. 1lb isn’t too bad considering, sometimes I find I am a week or two behind as well so if you lost last week but don’t think you should have maybe this is catch up. wish me luck as I go in the morning! x

  7. It’s not easy to maintain or lose weight, is it, but so easy to put it on! Tomorrow’s a new day though, so keep looking forward! 🙂

  9. I struggled a lot during the Easter holidays, it was a combination of that and being away a lot over the weekends. I am now very motivated as I have only eleven weeks left until my Vegas holiday and I am trying to lose 2lbs a week until then. I work out two to three times with my personal trainer and I am trying to be as good as possible with my diet, so there is hope. Don’t beat yourself up to hard. It was the worst thing I have done in the past. I wish you luck. If you fancy a link up or something for motivation, let me know.

  10. Don’t beat yourself up at all about a 1lb gain – You are still doing much better than everyone else who isn’t even trying! Just indulge in the Eggs so they are gone & temptation is out of your way. Good luck for next week!

  11. It’s perfectly normal for weight to go up and down and it sounds like you’ve had a bit of a stressful week so I wouldn’t worry about it! Onto next week 🙂

  12. My weight is going up and down like a rollercoaster at the moment! Try not to feel too bad, it’s difficult to lose weight constantly every week.
