As part of my role as a Summer Mama for Summer Infant, I occasionally get sent items for review. We were recently given the choice of products on the site to review and I spotted this Deluxe Baby Bather With Toybar that retails at £19.99.
The Deluxe Baby Bather cradles newborns which helps to make bathtime easier and safer – much needed when you have a five year old in the bath too. There is a 3 position recline so you can make sure that the baby is comfortable no matter what stage of development they are at. The bath has soft mesh, ahead support and a solid base which gives newborns the extra support and security they need. The removable fabric seat is quick drying, mildew resistant and machine washable. The bath can be used from birth until your baby is sitting unassisted and comes complete with a toybar with a cute little apple and caterpillar which can be removed.
The bath even comes complete with this cute little caterpillar design! So what did we – especially Olivia – think of it?
SHE LOVES IT. She was a bit unsure about bath time but now with this bath, she’s so happy to be bathed. I can put her on this, put Jack at the other end and know that both my children are happy and safe. She loves playing with the little caterpillar and apple and loves just chilling out on the bather – in fact the last time she used it she looked like she was going to cry when I wrapped her in a towel and took her out!
This is such a handy tool to have at bath time as we all know just how wriggly babies can be and Olivia is definitely one of the wriggliest. I always found bath time with her stressful before Steve came along – she would just kick off all the time – but now she seems to look forward to bath time and getting to chill out on her bather and watch her brother as he plays.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a young baby; especially if you are struggling with bath time. This has been great for us and really relieved the stress for what is supposed to be a relaxing time – after all, I can hardly expect my children to relax if I am stressed, can I?
