Steve’s New Vaping Equipment Plus Win An E-Cigarette Kit Worth £100 from E-Cigarette Direct

February 11th marks 6 months since Steve finally gave up smoking. I’ve mentioned before that he now vapes and has even set up his own vape Instagram account – its become somewhat of a hobby – and I often find him researching new items on the market, whether they be equipment or the liquids themselves. When asked if we would like some items from the E-Cigarette Direct website to review, Steve happily agreed and set about ordering some products that he had been interested in for a while.

Steve would now probably be an intermediate vaper – he knows more than your average beginner but still has a lot to learn – and was given some suggestions of products that would work best for him as he was more interested in clouds than flavour. So what products did he pick up?

Steve chose the Tesla Nano 60W in black, the Aspire Cleito 120 in black and some liquid – he chose the Cheap Thrills Glory Glaze 0.3mg at 60ml. So what did he think?

First of all, lets talk about the Glory Glaze liquid by Cheap Thrills. Currently priced at £19.99 down from £24.99, this is a premium e-liquid that is UK made and tested, has a 70:30 VG/PG ratio and the flavour is described as freshly baked doughnut, smothered in a warm sugar frosted glaze with a hint of blueberry. Now I know Steve and he loves dessert style flavours so is it any wonder he wanted to pick this up?

Apparently this is one of the nicest fluids he has ever had. Steve chose a 0.3mg nicotine level which is the level he chooses for all liquids. He didn’t find that the blueberry was that prominent, the liquid was very sweet which he enjoyed. He would definitely buy it again and would recommend to all those who like a sweet liquid.

Steve had been talking about the Aspire Cleito for quite some time so decided to opt for the Aspire Cleito 120. Priced at £26.99, this has a groundbreaking chimney design and is rated to 120 watts and can produce massive clouds of vapour – just what Steve was looking for! Designed to have a smooth airflow with intense flavour, the Cleito has ultra efficient wicking which is ideal for vg heavy e-liquids. It is quick and easy to fill from the top and produces vapour instantly.

Whilst the Cleito 120 didn’t produce as big clouds as Steve was expecting, the flavour hit was definitely worth it and the claim of a smooth airflow was definitely justified. Steve found the product easy to assemble and found it easier to fill the tank than some other tanks he had tried.

Finally Steve chose the Tesla Nano. This is being sold on the website for £44.99 and was Steve’s biggest purchase from the site with the voucher code we were kindly given for the purpose of this review.

The Tesla Nano features power up to 60w and also has a temperature control mode. It is stylish in design and very versatile. The mod is designed to fit perfectly in your hand and has long life batteries with advanced safety features – but what did Steve think?

Out of the three items sent, this was definitely Steve’s favourite. Being a 60w mod, it won’t be great for people who like a high watt vape but it is great for those who aren’t as fussed. Steve loves the way it looks and the way it feels in his hand – it felt just right as the firing button seemed just in the right place. The temperature control mode works great, unfortunately TC mode had no SS option, only titanium and nickel which Steve was slightly disappointed about. The mod has an inbuilt battery – you also cannot vape whilst charging.
