Mothers Day Fun with Shloer

It has been a good few weeks since Mothers Day now but due to various technological problems, I’m only able to post it now. I don’t really get the chance to go out with friends and have a drink so when Shloer contacted me and asked if I would like a bottle and Jack could craft me a little gift, I couldn’t say no!

On Mother’s Day, Steve was unfortunately working so we celebrated the day after when Steve was off – both Steve’s mum and I enjoyed an amazing home cooked Chinese meal. But on the actual day, my Mum and I enjoyed a little Shloer whilst Jack got to work making his masterpiece – with help from my Mum, of course!

Jack is really good with letters now and is really trying with words – he can identify a few. His pictures don’t really resemble anything so him and my Mum attempted to create the word Mum on my bag with the paints and bag we were gifted to have fun with. As you can see, he struggled a little bit with the M’s but the U is pretty much perfect. He wants to add some things to it with his felt tip pens but for a first attempt, I was pretty impressed and really happy with his try.

Since alcohol no longer figures on the agenda except for very special occasions, Shloer makes a great alternative – and is great to have in the fridge for when my friends come round. Do you like Shloer?
