I really look forward to receiving my Wishtrend parcels every month now. As part of the WUBB Review Panel, I get the opportunity to try out some amazing products that I would have never thought of buying before but are slowly making their way into my regular routine.

I spoke about the Wishtrend Fortune Box at the end of January (here) and this was one of the products I was looking forward to. Klairs is a name I have seen floating around the beauty world for quite some time and I wanted a piece of the action.

Designed to make the skin feel softer and replenished, this cream is suitable for all skin types. Whilst finding out a little more about the product, I found out that it was/had:
-no alcohol
-no parabens
-no artificial colouring
-no animal testing

A big thumbs up in my book! Although I am not as clued up on chemical nasties as others may be, I am starting to take an active role in moving away from products that contain them. I used this after my toner, gently patting onto my face like suggested. Did I notice softer skin? Not at first. Was it soothing and moisturising, like the name claims? Yes and no – I definitely felt it doing its work and it left me feeling quite relaxed but I wouldn’t say it definitely soothed my skin.

Although I didn’t notice a difference straight away, over the past few weeks that I have been using this I have noticed that my skin is a little softer and a little more supple. Ever since Christmas, work and home life has been hectic and more than a little stressful and my skin was starting to feel the strain. Obviously, the glory cannot all be given to this product, I use a variety of products in my skincare routine but this definitely contributes to making my skin look a little less haggard, a little more glowing.
