J20 Glitterberry (£2.49 or £4 for a multipack of 4)
We love J2O’s in this house and we quite like the Glitterberry flavour so this was a welcome addition to our box and really made it feel all the more festive! Its something we will always purchase but we were glad to see this included.
Michel et Augustin 4 cookie squares (89p)
Much as I love sea salt and dark chocolate, I wasn’t a big fan of these but Jack and Steve both really enjoyed them and would definitely like to try them again.
The Good Cider Co (£1.50 each – Wild Berry flavour and Strawberry flavour)
I must admit that we haven’t tried these yet as Steve is being very kind and waiting until I’ve had the baby before letting us drink fans. I am a massive fruit cider fan so I can’t wait to give these a go!
Ahmad Tea Ltd (£4 – Pear & Cinnamon Strudel)
Whilst the price is probably more than I would usually pay for a box of tea, oh my does this taste amazing. Cinnamon just screams Christmas to me and this tea tastes amazing and really gets me in the festive mood.
Ryvita Cracked Black Pepper Crackers (£1.29)
We’ve had these before in the box, I’m sure of it. I haven’t yet got round to this box though.
Ryvita Thins Caramelised Onion flatbreads (£1.89)
I think I’ve found my new favourite thing. I may have eaten the majority of these in one sitting…yup. They’re amazing.
Hartleys Glitter Jelly (75p each – Raspberry flavour & Mixed Berry flavour)
Jack was so excited to see these in the box. We’ve already waxed lyrical about our love for Hartleys Jelly so keep an eye out on my Instagram for when we make these.
Butterkist Choc Mallow Popcorn (£1.49)
Steve’s favourite addition to the box by far – we love Butterkist popcorn and this was lovely to try a brand new addition to their extensive range. These give you a proper chocolatey hit and taste divine.
Butterkist Sweet Cinema Style Popcorn (28p – £1.69 for a multipack)
I seem to have so much sweet cinema style popcorn at the moment so these are currently residing in our cupboard – they’ll definitely be eaten over the Christmas period though.
Christian Potier Sauce (£2.50)
I’m still not sure what we are going to use this for but this is a handy addition to any kitchen cupboard – Steve is sure he can whisk up a culinary masterpiece with this though!
Appy Kids Co The Gruffalo Golden Apple Juice (£1.49)
We have tried various Appy Kids Co juices before and always been impressed. Jack loves the Gruffalo too so was happy to see these cartons included. So happy that I was only left with one to photograph out of the three!
Pipers Crisps (£2)
These were great – they had a fab taste and a satisfying crunch – but I doubt I would pay this much for just one bag.
Jules Destrooper Butter Crisps (£1.19)
Degustabox didn’t disappoint with the sweet stuff in the box this month and these were gone within minutes of the box being opened – so tasty and very affordable too!
Broderick’s Crunchy Slam Dunk Peanut Chunk (£1.20)
I’m not a peanut butter fan so relied on Steve and Jack’s thoughts on this one – which were a resounding success as they both loved it and wanted to find out where we could get more from. This is exactly what Degustabox is great at, ensuring you get to try out some new brands you may not have otherwise discovered and also throwing in some old favourites too.
The box comes to over £20 which is fantastic considering you are getting it for just £12.99 including delivery (or even less with the discount code!). I am very impressed with my festive box – it certainly lived up to my expectations.
