Degustabox | March 2021

I was sent a Degustabox for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.

Don’t forget you can get your first box for just £9.99 including shipping with the code WDGX9 which gets you a £3 discount on the £12.99 price! Buy it here.

The theme of this month’s box is Hello Spring. So what did we think of the contents this month?

PITCH Bloc’O’Choc – £1.40

Sweet soft brioche rolls with a delicious solid chocolate bar inside, these have been perfect for the kids lunches and they have really been enjoying them!

Maynards Bassetts Fruit Smoothie Jellies – £1.32

These were such a delicious sweet treat that the whole family enjoyed. There are four flavour combinations: banana & strawberry, mango & passionfruit, pineapple & lemon and pomegranate & berry. These are made with real fruit puree and are a source of vitamins C&E. We will definitely be picking these up again.

Hippeas Chickpea Puff Snacks – 99p

We have tried some Hippeas snacks before and we have always really enjoyed these. These are vegan, gluten free and have less than 91 calories per pack. I love the flavour of these.

Smarties Orange Chocolate Sharing Block – £1

Who doesn’t love Smarties? This sharing block did not last long in our house as Smarties are always very popular. This was super tasty.

Esprala Apple & Red Plum drink – £1.09

This was refreshing and flavourful. The drink is vegan and has no added sugar whilst only having 43 calories per serving! Will definitely check out some more of their drinks.

Enervit Protein – £2.50

With 20g of protein, this gluten free, palm oil free and low sugar bar is the perfect protein hit when you need it. I’m not the biggest fan of dark chocolate but this was nice.

Mallow & Marsh Vanilla Marshmallow Bar – £1.35

Mallow & Marsh seem to be a regular addition to the Degustabox rotation and I am always happy to see them. This tasted so good!

Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar – £1.29 each

We always have Filippo Berio products in the cupboard so we were very happy to see these included in the box. We have been using the olive oil when cooking and the balsamic vinegar on salads and as always, they are great.

Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Peanut Butter – £2.50

This is the product of the month. I don’t eat peanut butter but Steve and the kids do and they love this! They were very happy to see this in the box and I don’t see it lasting very long in my house!

Cheerios Organic Honey & Chocolate – £3

We go through a lot of cereal in this house and we were happy to see this. It contains 5 organic whole grains, is high in fibre and we know that it tastes absolutely delicious. This may just become a staple of our breakfast cupboard.

Mug Shot Mighty Chicken & Mushroom Noodles – £1.49

I always have a Mug Shot product or something similar in my cupboard and was happy to see this. It is a quick and easy lunch option and takes just five minutes to make!

Lucozade Zero Tropical –  £1.49

This is such a fab addition to the Lucozade Zero range! It is super tasty and packed full of flavour and I love that the bottle is now fully recyclable too!

Brynmor Apple & Raspberry Flapjacks – £2

These are made using natural and high quality ingredients and they taste great! These are perfect for lunchboxes and Jack has really enjoyed them so far!

Overall, this was a fantastic box and we will use or have used every item in the box. The contents come out to over £20 which makes the box a brilliant deal this month!

What item would you like best?
