I was sent a Degustabox for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.
Don’t forget you can get your first box here. Here are our thoughts on the January Degustabox.

There was no theme to this month’s box. So what did we think of it?

Rubies In The Rubble Vegan Garlic Mayo – £3
No one is vegan in our house but we do enjoy the odd vegan item. This garlic mayo tastes just as good as non vegan versions and is creamy and delicious!

Bio & Me Nice & Nutty Gluten Free Porridge pot – £1.50
Olivia has just discovered how much she likes porridge so she was excited to see this appear in the box. She is enjoying trying lots of different flavours and quite liked this one. Not only are these gluten free but they are dairy free too – 100% plant based!

Galaxy Smooth Mint – £1.25
Who doesn’t love Galaxy? Galaxy is my favourite chocolate of all and mint chocolate is my favourite if not having simple plain milk chocolate. The two together? Absolute bliss. Unfortunately I had to share this!

Swizzels Curious Chews – £1.25
Steve and the kids love Swizzels sweets so were super happy to see these! They didn’t last very long in my house! Each sweet is individually wrapped and suitable for vegans.

Hip Pop Tropical Peach Living Soda – £1.70
I am not the biggest fan of sodas such as this so Steve took it to work with him in his lunch bag. Both low in sugar and calories, this drink contains 100% natural ingredients with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and live cultures for goodness. I believe he really enjoyed this.

Mutti Vegan Bolognese – £3.50
This was the Product of the Month and it is easy to see why. As a working mum of three with multiple school runs, clubs and other things to think about, I am always looking for quick and easy dinner options that everyone will eat. Bolognese is always a hit so this vegan sauce is great! It is 100% plant based, a source of protein and tastes great!

Knorr Beef Stock Pot – £1.90
I’ve almost come to expect Knorr in my boxes now; they’re a regular it seems. However we will always use them so always happy to see them! Gluten free, these are handy for many meals!

Cirio Baked Beans in Rich Tomato Sauce – £1.40
I mentioned above about easy dinner options and baked beans always make a decent side. These are nutritious and use premium ingredients and my kids really enjoyed them!

Caffe Borbone Ground Coffee Creme Classica – £6.50
Now no one in our house drinks coffee so I passed this onto my friend who’s a nurse – she works so hard and she’s taken it into work for her and her colleagues to share, especially on those awful night shifts!
Overall this was a pretty great box. Only one thing we don’t use and I’ve passed that onto some people who will use it and truly appreciate it. The contents come to over £25 which is absolutely incredible when you think how little you are paying in comparison.
