I was sent a Degustabox for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.
Don’t forget you can get your first box for just £9.99 including shipping with the code WDGX9 which gets you a £3 discount on the £12.99 price! Buy it here.

The theme of this month’s box is Back To School & On The Go. So what did we think?

UP&GO Breakfast Drinks Banana & Honey 250ml – £1 for a single unit, £2.75 for a multipack of 3
Sometimes my kids do not want to eat breakfast in the morning but it is important they have something nutritious so sometimes they will have a breakfast drink. They enjoy other brands so we thought we’d give these a try. Each carton is made with milk and oats, is high in protein, fibre and calcium and has the same sugar as a glass of semi skimmed milk. Olivia wasn’t a big fan of them but Jack really enjoyed them.

Oreo Original Cookies – £1.08
My kids are big fans of Oreo cookies so were very happy to see these included! Olivia was a little disappointed that the pink packaging didn’t mean that the cookies were pink too but these didn’t last very long in our house!

5th Season Fruit Strawberry Bites – £1.50
These are delicious and make a great addition to a packed lunch. They are melt in the mouth, crunchy and are 100% fruit, Each pack contains 80g of fruit with nothing added and they are less than 50kcal per pack!

TWEEK Sweets with Benefits – £1.99
We were sent the smoothie chews which tasted absolutely delicious! I will definitely be picking these up again!

Cirio Pasta Sauce Ragus – £2
We normally make our own pasta sauces but have a few in the cupboard for convenience. We love the Cirio range and these are made with 100% Italian meat and tomatoes plus extra virgin olive oil. There are three different varieties to choose from – beef, pork and white wine; mushroom and sausage; and pancetta, mushrooms and grilled peppers. Yum!

Skippy Choc Chip Swirl Peanut Butter – £2.65
I have mentioned before that my family love Skippy peanut butter and this one was no exception. The kids loved the addition of the choc chip swirl and definitely want us to buy it again!

Virtue Drinks Clean Energy – £1.50
This is a healthy energy drink with zero sugar and zero calories. I wasn’t the biggest fan of this as I never seem to be with these clean style energy drinks but I know people that would love it!

Knorr Zero Salt Veggie Stock Cubes – £1.49
We use stock cubes a lot in our cooking so these have been of great use! We love that they are zero salt as we are trying to reduce the amount of salt we use in our cooking.

Clifbar White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and Crunchy Peanut Butter – 75p each
These are great snack options. They are the ultimate energy bar for active lifestyles. They give a good amount of protein and carbs per bar and come in a range of 6 delicious flavours.

Pagen Gifflar Cinnamon Rolls – £1.70
We love cinnamon rolls here and these were the perfect thing to take on holiday last month – we enjoyed them in the morning at breakfast time and also occasionally picked one up for a snack. These are so good!

Nescafe Gold Iced Salted Caramel Latte – £2.98
This is the Product of the Month and although I don’t drink coffee, I have passed this onto someone who loves coffee and says these are absolutely delicious!

Shreddies The Simple One – £2.50
This cereal has less than 5% sugar and is made with just four simple ingredients – whole grain wheat, sweetened with banana puree and date syrup and a pinch of salt. The kids absolutely adored this cereal and we will certainly be picking it up again!
Overall, this was a fantastic box. Both Steve and I were very impressed and the kids loved a lot of the contents too. The contents average at over £20 which makes this a great deal, considering the price you pay.

Oo didn’t know Shreddies had a new cereal out, haven’t had shreddies in forever. Oreos can you ever go wrong, they are just addictive lol
The degustation box looks like a great idea as you get to try lots of products you would not normally go out and buy. It’s. Great way to discover new foods.
Mmmmmm these snack look perfect for a movie night or a date night inside! Thanks for sharing, i love the look of the smoothie bites.
I do love this months box, the smoothie chews would go down great in my house, and C would have been the same as Olivia with the Oreos, as a coffee drinker I need to try the latte out
I’ve not seen that oreo packaging before, but I’d also expected them to be different in some way. Can’t beat a tub of peanut butter too, but chocolate swirl sounds yummy x
I have seen those Lady Gaga Oreos in the supermarket and same as your daughter, I thought they were pink inside, haha. I would like to try the Gifflar, they sound pretty good and I love cinnamon rolls as well.
OMG these looks like the perfect mix of on the go snacks, for back to school or just on the go!! I’d love that area treat!!
