This is probably a very random collection post from me but just like lipsticks and skincare, I seem to have gathered a vast collection of hand cream and I thought I may as well do a post on them all with my thoughts.
These would have to be my top three – I alternate between these three the most. I reviewed the Soap & Glory Hand Food here and am now on my second or third tube. I can’t fault anything about this – it truly is superb!
I love L’Occitane hand creams but am reluctant to shell out full price for them (especially when I have this many backups) so I tend to only get them when they come free with Glamour! The latest one I have been using from my stash is the Mango Flower scent and it smells absolutely incredible whilst doing the job too!
My third in my favourites is the Champneys Vitamiracle Rejuvenating Hand and Nail Cream. I use this the least out of the three but still find it does the job of moisturising my hands well.
These three are the newest additions – I was kindly given my The Body Shop Ginger Sparkle hand cream by Lisa for Christmas and whilst I am yet to try it, it smells amazing! I also picked up these two hand creams whilst buying Christmas presents for other people so as to bypass the delivery charges – I’ve tried both a few times and love the Hemp one from The Body Shop – blogger hype deserved – but am unsure about the Yves Rocher so far – despite the amazing scent.
These three are probably my least used. The SkinSystem one is from Asda and I was probably given it by my Nan when she was clearing out her stash – it is okay nothing special. For some reason, I picked up the middle hand cream from either the 99p shop or Poundworld a little while back, used it at work for a bit then never used it again. I wasn’t impressed. The Simply Be handcream was in my goodie bag from the London Secret Santa meet – I’ve used it a few times and its quite nice but as you can see, I have plenty to use up!
Finally, the last two. Probably the most and least expensive in my collections. The Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Moisturizing Hand Treatment came as part of a set I bought ages ago and I use it sparingly – I love it but don’t want to use it all up. This Tesco hand cream is a little grubby because I recently found it tucked away in the bottom of a handbag I used to use for work – since I haven’t been there since August, coming across this was a nice surprise – there is about a third left and this was quite good, especially for the cheap price!
Now to put myself on a hand cream buying ban – do you have any strange beauty collections?

I love the Soap & Glory hand cream, I received it as a gift and I haven't looked back. But in the winter I need a little but of extra protection as I get hands so dry, so I use E45 cream by the bucket load!
