Say indoors during 11-3pm and keep your blinds/curtains shut but windows open to keep your home cool.
Keep the blinds or curtains closed during the day if you can as it will keep it cooler inside
If you keep putting water on your wrists, it cools you down instantly
a water spritiser for cooling you down
I carry a water spray bottle with me. I spray water on the top of my little boys head to cool him down.
Keep hydrated. Sweating can cause dehydration, making you more susceptible to heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Drinking cold glasses of water throughout the day can be enough to bring your body temperature down.
drink lots of water, spray a cologne or body spritzer and stay out of the sun from noon-4pm
Staying inside
Lots of cool showers and have a fan on circulate.
My top tip would be to have plenty of ice lollies, frozen frubes, cold ice water etc in the fridge and freezer to keep cool and hydrated. I also always close the kids curtains during the day to stop the sun from beating into their bedroom.
