We were sent a box of Awfully Posh Lomo crisps for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.
Have you heard of the Awfully Posh range of crisps before? They’re absolutely delicious and have different flavours including Pork Puffs, Pork Scratchings and Pork Crackling. Now there is a new flavour being added to the range, Lomo Crisps! Brought to us from The British Snack Co., they provide the perfect snack option.
Who Are The British Snack Co.?
A brand that started in 2013 with a mission to create the tastiest snacks can buy and still living by that mission in 2020. As well as Awfully Posh, they have The British Crisp Co. and the British Popcorn Co. ranges too. Their snacks can be found in supermarkets, pubs and independent shops across the world and they have served 5 million bags of snacks so far. Stocked in places like Fuller’s, Waitrose and Amazon, they have also received some fantastic media coverage and some wonderful awards.
Like other businesses, they really suffered in the wake of Covid-19 and the sudden closure of pubs = which were a major income stream – led to a big drop in sales. Now you can buy them online which is great – you can purchase them here.
What Are Awfully Posh Lomo Crisps?
Taking the finest Spanish pork loins and blending them with paprika and garlic, they then delicately slice and air dry them to make a simple and tasty snack. These are gluten free and high protein and are perfect for people looking for tasty high protein and low carb snacks, making them work well with both Keto and Atkins meal plans.
What Did We Think?
We really enjoyed them! I love a snack with a good crunch and these really provide that. Jack would have eaten every bag if I had given him the chance, he loved them that much! I love that they’re high in protein which make them a wonderful snack. I also love that they’re gluten free which means they are a snack that can be enjoyed by more people.
I do love crisps but I sometimes find the fried options don’t always sit that well in my stomach and am always try to some alternative – and even better – options. The fact that these are air dried and not fried is a real plus point.
Just like other crisps, you get a variety of sizes of crisps to enjoy within your pack with some being really big and some being really small.
Overall, we really enjoyed them and will definitely be picking some up in the future – I bet Jack would love these in his lunch box for school! Don’t forget you can buy them online here for a really reasonable price.

I love The British Crisp Co. and have tried their sea salt crisps as well as their popcorns but not their lomo crisps. I can’t wait to get this the next time I go shopping.
