  4. Monday to friday I go on the exercise bike for 30 minutes, followed by a 30 min jog. I haven’t time to exercise at the weekends. that as much as I can fit in.

    As a life-long pedestrian I find walking everywhere stops me going beyond the negative borders of ‘fitness’. Mind you, if I see the Better Half in this top I might feel the need to burn calories in an otherwise manner….

    I love Yoga and Swimming, as these are very low impact, as I have a rare condition that affects collagen in my body so am unable to run or take part in high impact fitness. Due to my condition, I always try to stay as fit as possible, so I also love walking.
