When asked if I would like to review Graham Price’s Get An Amazing Life Positive Minds Training Course, I was very intrigued. I often struggle to be positive so was keen to see if this could help me develop a more positive mindset.
I was gifted access to two intro webinars and four further webinars, called the ‘Main Training’ sessions.
The full course is said to give you:
- Success in life and work
- Exceptional resilience
- Powerful tools to deal with challenges in relationships

The outcomes and benefits are said to be:
- Take total control of your mind
- Become highly resilient, motivated, powerful, achieving and successful
- Eliminate stress, regret, worry and dissatisfaction
- Remove limiting beliefs or behaviours
- ‘Accept what is’ all the time (using much stronger tools than we just covered), while taking powerful action to change the future
- Eliminate fear and acquire major self-belief
- Deal effectively and calmly with any challenges in relationships
- If relevant to you, become highly confident and eliminate procrastination
About The Course
As I mentioned above, there are two intro webinars and four main sessions. After each session, you receive a document containing the webinar notes so you can go back to them whenever you like. You also receive a worksheet to go through.
You can register at a time that suits you for each session. I spent a few weeks going through the sessions – Price does recommend leaving a few days between each one to work through the notes and the worksheets. I can only do certain times so I liked being able to split up the sessions like this.
Once the course is completed, you can join the Positive Mind Training forum. This has plenty of benefits. There is also a Facebook group for graduates of the course so you can continue to access help and training. They can help you if you choose to follow coaching or training into a career.

What I Thought
I liked the way the course was set up. Each session wasn’t too long – around 15-20 minutes – and the use of illustrations within the session really helped to get the messages across. I loved that each session was followed up with webinar notes and worksheets and a reminder to book onto the next session at a time that would suit you.
I do struggle with keeping a positive mindset at times. I often find myself sabotaging myself or not having the confidence to try something I really want to. I have been trying to say yes more recently and stop saying no as often. I have found since taking the training, I definitely consider the positive outcome more often now.
It has only been a few weeks since I completed the training but I have gone back to the notes a few times now. I can definitely see me utilising the tools I have been equipped with in the future.
The Positive Mind Training Intro by Graham Price has certainly started to make a difference to my life, encouraging me to think more positively. Register free here {affiliate link}.

15-20 minute sessions sound good as sometimes the issue is finding the time to do training courses like this one x
It’s good that the sessions were not too long. I’m glad to hear it’s had a positive influence
Sounds like a useful course! We don’t often think about positive thinking so that’s definitely worth bringing into focus more
Sounds like great webinars that most of us can definitely use. I must check out this training course.
It sounds like a good course. Positive thinking can really help you in your life
This sounds like an interesting course, it’s a bit of a shame about the name PMT ( ). I am glad it has helped you a little since you took the course and your notes are something you can go back to
I love that the courses are not too long and are therefore easier to find the time to do. I will have to have a look at the courses
