There are so many reasons why being a blogger is awesome. Blogging opens the door to a whole new world. You get to meet different people from all over the world. You get to find a new way to make money from home, and you learn new things as you to work to make it in the blogging world. Don’t get me wrong, there are some downsides to blogging, but overall being a blogger is awesome!

Share your Passion
Most bloggers start a blog that has something to do with a topic that they’re passionate about. This means you get to share your passion with the world. To think that you start a blog with a passion for something, writing your little heart out, and in time you find that people actually read what you have to say. This is the best feeling ever!
Make a Difference
Believe it or not, being a blogger helps you make a difference in the world! Just one blog post about something that you’re passionate about or something that you experienced can help inspire someone else. Making a difference in another person’s life is one of the best reasons to start a blog and start sharing your thoughts with others.
Advance your Writing Skills
Even if you decide to start a blog for fun rather than to make money with it, blogging is a great way to advance your writing skills. Being a blogger requires frequently content writing which will help you master your writing skills to use in other areas of work and life. You may even get feedback from those who visit your blog posts so that you can advance your writing skills even more.
Learn How to Make Money
Starting a blog will open the doors to a whole new way to make money! Making money online is a great way to add a secondary income to your house, and have a backup method to have an income. Even if you start blogging for fun, you can quickly start to learn how to make money with your blog when you start to network with other bloggers.
Market your Business
If you have an online business, a blog can give you an easy way to market your services or products. Even if you have items on Etsy, you can start a blog to promote your products. Sharing your expertise and products through a blog will help increase sales and exposure for your otherwise lost online business.
These are just some of the reasons why being a blogger is awesome. I know that I could go on forever talking about how awesome it is to be a part of the blogging community, but I wanted to focus on a handful of reasons that anyone can relate to. These are all so true.. Blogging has definitely lead me to learn more about marketing/promoting your brand (and how to even create a brand identity). All really useful skills that can be transferred into loads of other jobs.
I love being part of the blogger community and have made lots of fantastic friends and enjoyed some amazing opportunities with it too
I totally agree with all of these points. I couldn’t imagine not being a blogger now. It’s been a big part of my life for the last … almost 9 years! Wow.
