Weight Loss Diary #21

With my 1lb gain last week, I wasn’t too hopeful about my weight loss this week. My weight kept fluctuating throughout the week and I wasn’t sure if I would manage to stay the same, let alone lose anything. I was pretty good with eating last week but the exercise could certainly have been stepped up a notch.

I did manage to get quite a lot of walking in on Friday and over the weekend but I was unsure if that would make a difference. I now have a Fitbit and it has been interesting tracking my steps and seeing how many I can manage in a day. I haven’t quite hit the 10,000 steps a day yet but I am sure that will soon change as soon as Jack goes back to school.

When I stepped on the scales, I was very apprehensive. I wasn’t sure if I would see any results at all but I was quite happy to see a 1lb loss. Sure, I would have liked to lost more but I managed to get rid of that gain I had last week so I am more than happy with that. I’ve set a target of 2lb weight loss this week which I am hopeful to get. I have been walking a lot more, I’m going to Willows Farm tomorrow so will be walking loads round there too and I’ve been eating well. It will be interesting to see what the scales say next Monday!

Fingers crossed 🙂
