The latest book in the Tower Bridge Cat series was recently released – the Tower Bridge Cat & The Baby Whale. We were sent both this book and the previous book in the series to review and to celebrate this publication.

The Tower Bridge Cat

About The Book – It is the Queen’s birthday and all the crowds are gathering at Tower Bridge. All of a sudden Bella the Tower Bridge Cat notices something is WRONG a bus is coming over the opening Bridge! Can she save the day? Follow the exploits of the Tower Bridge Cat in this exciting storybook inspired by the true story of a London bus jumping over the Bridge in 1952.

Our Review – Jack really enjoyed reading this book and learning all about the Tower Bridge Cat, Bella. The story was really interesting and the characters were great too. As a parent, I really like the illustrations – I think they are well designed and Bella the cat has such a cheeky little face!

These are great books for kids around 5-10 years of age – it is easy to see why this book is the winner of The Best Children’s Publication – A.C.E. Product Awards 2019!

The Tower Bridge Cat & The Baby Whale

About The Book – A baby whale is stuck under Tower Bridge and a giant ship is coming up the river that will squash him if Bella The Tower Bridge Cat doesn’t rescue him with the help of her pilot friend, Maya The Flyer!

Our Review – This is a wonderful sequel to the first book and Jack really enjoyed it. Just like the previous book, it has such fabulous illustrations, great characters and a really interesting story. I love that the stories revolve around a real life landmark such as Tower Bridge which children can easily identify and visit themselves.

We really liked these books and they make a valuable addition to our bookshelves. I would love to see more in the series!
