I love entering competitions. Nothing can beat that thrill when you get an email, phone call or social media notification to let you know you have won something. I have won some amazing prizes over the years including an ITV cash prize, an iPad mini, Beats headphones and more. But sometimes it is the more personal ones that mean the most.
Boys definitely dominate my family and friendship groups and whenever anyone gets pregnant, they normally have a boy so I am used to buying presents for baby boys – I try not to be gender specific when picking a gift but often find myself gravitating towards the more ‘boy’ clothes and gifts. Recently however all my friends and family seem to be having girls – my cousin and my friend both having girls in recent months. I didn’t know what gift to get so I was excited (if a little relieved) to get a winning email from a fantastic blog letting me know I had won a Jack and Jillaroo gift box. When it arrived, I was so happy with it and couldn’t wait to give it to my friend for her little girl.
Included is a gorgeous double sided dribble bib, a single sided bib and a burp cloth all included in this gorgeous box frame with an adorable picture . The gift was really loved by my friend (her and her husband have a similar sized picture in their room and are also currently having an extension so this would the perfect addition to their little girl’s new room).
