I haven’t done a tag for a while – shock horror – but when I saw this tag, I knew I had to! It is one of the best tags floating around and was thought up by Danniella at Famous In Japan. So here goes…
1) Who are your most influential bloggers? Who are the ones that you really rely on for reviews and swatches?
The ones I generally tend to go to for reviews are Sara and Gemma and swatches, definitely Gemma too. Clare doesn’t help either…
2) Do you buy a product solely as a result from one review from your favourite bloggers, or do you look for more reviews from others?
Nope. I have to look through a number of reviews before firmly deciding that is the one for me.
3) What is your most favourite item that you have ever bought as a consequence of blogs?
Origins Drink Me Up Intensive Overnight Mask – it is incredible!
4) What is your least favourite item that you have ever bought as a consequence of blogs?
Definitely the Rimmel Apocalips – I have only kept one from the three I bought.
5) Name 5 products you have bought recently as a result of blogs.
Hmm, I don’t really cave into too many reviews but probably Origins Drink Me Up Intensive Overnight Mask, Caudalie Beauty Elixir, The Body Shop Hemp Hand Cream, NYC lipstick in Blue Rose and Vivo baked blush in Rouge Shimmer – the last two both because of Gemma!
6) Have you ever given into blogger hype? If so, which hype?
Yes, MAC lipsticks, Caudalie Beauty Elixir, The Body Shop Hemp Hand Cream, Origins Drink Me Up Intensive Overnight Mask, Apocalips…
7) Have you ever avoided blogger hype? If so, which hype?
Well, I avoided Baby Lips – then I won the whole set! So far, it is the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm – want it so badly though!
8) Is everything you buy based on blogger reviews or are there some items you buy without checking out a review?
No, but most things are – occasionally I do make impulse purchases without checking a review first.

So true–when I see other bloggers reviewing things, I tend to want them more than if I saw a commercial or something. It's more like a recommendation from a friend when a fellow blogger recommends it, because you know they're a real person.
They are such enablers!x
