You might have seen my post the other day where I spoke about how we are trying to eat healthier. We’ve been making smoothies packed full of goodness and we are also trying to eat healthier meals in general.
Something I am keen to get the children eating more of is fish. I love fish and Jack seems to quite enjoy it too but Olivia needs some persuading before she will eat it, especially as Steve isn’t keen. However fish can be so good for you and I feel it is sad that we are not getting all the nutrients we could be if we were eating more of it.
I am used to picking up fish from the supermarket as and when we need it or if I fancy something in particular but something I have been thinking about recently is using an online fishmonger such as Seafresh. Ooooh, I love this idea!! We’ve been trying to eat less red meat and more fish, an online fish money sounds like a great idea!
