Collaborative Post
We all know that travel has been at a standstill for the last few years. However it is something we have been thinking about for quite some time now. What do we want to do when we can travel more? Where do we want to go? So many different things whirring around my head!
We already have something booked in for the summer and Jack is lucky enough to have three trips coming up this year – our family holiday, his Year 5 PGL trip and a summer camp! He is very excited and I am quite jealous at just how much he will be travelling this year! But where do we plan on going?
Disneyland Paris
We would love to go back, especially as there have been some more rides and hotels built since we were there. We last went the month before the whole world changed thanks to you know what and we’d love to see how much it has actually changed since we have been there. There are some elements of the park still being built on so we might have to wait until after they have been completed and visit then.
A Cruise
I have always wanted to go on a cruise but haven’t yet got around to it. I have friends that go on cruises regularly and it is the number one thing they save for. I have been taking a look at the destinations the Ambassador Cruise Line have to offer and it seems like they offer some of the perfect destinations for me! I love the idea of the theme cruises they offer too such as one to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee!
I’ve already got a few different ideas for destinations that I’d like to cruise around!

Iceland
Well I have mentioned it multiple times now – I am desperate to visit Iceland, if only to see the Northern Lights! Eventually we will manage to get there!
Explore More Of The UK
If you have been reading this site for a while, you will know that I love exploring the UK and even have a sub-category dedicated to this. We have been to some wonderful places such Weston-super-mare, Hull, Blackpool and many more. We are heading to Somerset later on in the year which is exciting but I’d love to find some more brilliant places to visit. Have you got any suggestions?
Murder Mystery Evenings
I have previously done one of these before and I have been doing virtual murder mysteries too since August 2020. I would love the opportunity to get away with Steve for a night or two and see if I can get the culprit right. Steve is currently beating me 1-0 and we can’t have that!
These are just a few of my different travel plans for the future. Obviously I don’t know for sure when I will be able to travel properly – except for maybe around the UK – but hopefully it won’t be too long now!
Where are you planning on travelling to when you get the chance?
It’s good to dream, to visualise and to plan – even when it is a little too early to travel. Enjoying the anticipation is almost as good as enjoying the holiday.
