Knowing I was heading into London back in July for the meetup, I took to Twitter to ask what products I should buy and the same answers kept coming back to me – MAC lipsticks and Origins skincare. I think if Clare had got her way and my little group hadn’t sloped off for lunch before her, then I would have ended up buying the whole Origins counter…
After a fab lunch with Lisa, Helen & bump, we took to the shops and namely one in particular – Selfridges. We spent ages poring over the Illamasqua and MAC stands and I almost caved – however I only left London with one real purchase – this. In fact, I picked this up and went to pay but was told about the limited edition set which included this and Modern Friction for just £6 more – I did what anybody would do and bought the gift set! I had planned to try Modern Friction in the future anyway and it retails at £30 – seemed like a no brainer to me.
So what are my thoughts? I think you can probably guess. Like everybody says, this is absolutely amazing. You apply a thick layer before bed and your skin takes what it needs from it during the night. Every morning after I have applied this, my skin feels softer and looks more radiant. I’ve used it plenty of times since buying it and I have barely used any from the tube – this may be a premium product but you really do get your moneys worth.
I’d even go so far as to say this is my favourite skincare item that I have ever tried – it is that good!

Oh wow, I like the look of this….! I haven't ever tried an overnight mask, and I think I couldn't because I always wake up on my face… Haha. Butttt, I do suffer from tired skin in the morning would this help?
