Olivia’s New Toys | What2Buy4Kids Review

Jack has so many toys in our house. We’ve tried getting rid of a load but they seem to build up again just as quickly…it’s crazy. We’ve recently said to him that we need to go through his toys again so we have space to store Olivia’s toys. He made a good point – she didn’t actually have that many! But that changed recently with a lovely parcel from What2Buy4Kids. Inside were a few different toys and a gorgeous towel for Olivia to use at bath time. Let’s take a look at what we received:

We were sent a Daisy Rag doll (retailing at £12.50), a Peter Rabbit bean rattle (£8.50), a Peppa Pig and George Activity Spiral (£14.99) and a Zoocchini baby hooded lamb towel (£19.99). All these items are suitable from birth.

So what are our thoughts on them?

The bath towel is great quality. The fabric is super absorbent and the towel itself is super soft. It gets Olivia warm and dry very quickly whilst not irritating her skin due to the incredible softness. Also, the lamb design is oh so cute and I will definitely be checking out the other animal towels in the range!

The activity spiral has already been attached to a variety of different things such as her car seat and the pram. We are just about to move her from her Moses basket into her cot so this will definitely be making its way onto the cot bars! Olivia has just properly discovered her hands and feet and loves playing with this spiral and the toys hanging on her bouncers. As she;s just learned to laugh too, it is great to hear her giggle away as she discovers the toys some more.

As you can see the most popular items of the parcel have to be the rag doll and bean rattle. With Olivia having just discovered her hands and grip properly, she has been loving playing with these. She loves to cuddle up to her rag doll – just look at the smile on her face! – and has taken to shaking Peter Rabbit quite aggressively as she learns more and more every day. She’s just about to turn four months old and is learning new things everyday but this is perhaps one of my favourites – her discovering toys and playing with them; quite happy in her own little world and often forgetting that we are there.

What can I say about these items? They are both really good quality, you can tell they are made with care and affection. With both of them suitable from birth, I can have confidence in the fact that they are safe for my baby to use and play with. They’re both super soft and I can guarantee they won’t irritate my child’s skin which is a major plus point. What’s more, they make for a fab toy for both Jack and Olivia to play with – I’ve already caught him putting on a voice for the rag doll and having her dance and sing for Olivia; Olivia was giggling away! It is nice that they can also bring siblings together in this way!

What2Buy4Kids really is a one stop shop for everything you could possibly need for kids – I know we struggle to think of what to get Jack’s friends for birthday parties but I don’t think I will struggle anymore.
