Goals

November 2019 Goals

I used to write lots of goals posts in the past but somehow these seem to have fallen by the wayside. However, I really want to start writing them again so when Charlotte posted her monthly goals linky, I just had to get involved.  I am hoping that with her prompting, I can start them up regularly again.

So what goals do I have this month?

  • Pay as much towards the credit card as possible -I always pay a little over minimum payment but I am aiming to make lots of payments to it this month from surveys and other side hustles.
  • Get meal planning again – I started this recently but it has fallen by the wayside again. I am determined to get back on track and even do some batch cooking too.
  • Get some presents sorted  – With Jack’s birthday in early December, Christmas and then Olivia’s in early January, I need to get on track with this!
  • Sort out Jack’s birthday – I need him to decide what he wants to do and who he wants to invite and get it booked in!
  • Read the four books I’ve got outstanding on Netgalley and write reviews for them – I went from being super happy at catching up with it all to having a load get approved and now I am behind again!
  • Take advantage of my free two month Kindle Unlimited trial – I got offered two months free of Kindle Unlimited last week so I want to get the most out of it before cancelling just before its up!

What are your goals for the month?

I’m taking part in the  Monthly Goals (and updates!) Linky hosted by Charlotte over at CharlotteMusha.co.uk

  1. My goals for the month are to catch up on reading books that I need to review and saving some money up for Christmas

  2. Great goals, these! I too need to pay off my credit card – it’s not easy, is it! Good luck with the book reading too!

  3. I’m loving the idea of listing out your goals at the beginning of the month. A great way to make yourself accountable for what you want to achieve.

I’ve treated myself to a Kindle for Christmas so you’ll have to let me know if you think the Kindle Unlimited is worth the monthly fee

  4. Good goal list. Beneficial for time management . My main goals for this November are to finish few ecourses I bought andapply the lessons from them. And of course to be more efficient in meal planning and shopping so that I’ll have more time free with kids.

  5. These are fab goals! I’m hoping to get back on track with meal planning again, i go through cycles of being really good with it and then failing miserably lol
Thanks for joining in with the linky!

  6. These all sound enjoyably achievable – have fun ticking them off your goal list! I’m right with you on the credit card & meal planning too to gain £s & lose lbs. Have a great month. x

  7. I’ve been meal planning and it has been a brilliant way to save money. Sounds like an expensive few months for you. Jake’s birthday is in January so I know what it’s like!

  8. I need to do the same with my credit card, always paying just above the minimum is a great way to feel like you are making a bit of extra progress as well I think.

  9. These are great goals to have. I need to start on some Christmas shopping myself!

I hear you on quite a few on these…credit card needs paying and I need to start meal planning asap. Christmas presents are also next on the list xx

  11. These are great goals, what sites do you use for surveys?

with you on the meal plan goal, my food shop is absolutely ridicolous! I spend way too much

  13. Brilliant list of goals for this month. I also want to get back to meal planning and reading more books. The Kindle trial sounds great.

  14. It’s always good to get a checklist for things to do for the month. Same thing is with me on credit cards, I always just pay above the minimum. Hopefully, I could get a load of this before the year ends.
