Mysteries In Time Subscription Box | Review & Giveaway

We were sent the box for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.

I’ve mentioned before how important the children’s education is to me. When offered the chance to review the Mysteries In Time subscription box, I had to say yes as history is one of my favourite subjects and it is a subject Jack enjoys too.

Mysteries In Time is a monthly subscription box for kids between the ages 7 and 11. It is meant to make history fun for them. Jack couldn’t wait to see what topic his box would be on and was highly anticipating it’s arrival.

It arrived safely in this colourful and well designed box. It really captures the attention and Jack couldn’t wait to get inside!

The box comes complete with a selection of different activities for kids to get involved with – there really is so much to do and get the children interested in the topic.  There is some air dry clay for crafting and so much more!

The welcome booklet is very helpful in letting you know what the box contains and what to do with it. As you can see, there are many different activities to do!

There’s a great book included called Max and Katie’s Egyptian Adventure which Jack can’t wait to read – he will also be reviewing it on our new book blog. The bookmark was a lovely little touch too!

Like me, Jack loves his stationery so he was happy to see this beautiful pen and these fab stickers included. We loved the addition of this hieroglyphics card too – such a fab way to teach kids about them!

The History and Facts booklet is perhaps my most favourite part of the box. It is packed full of information which Jack has been reading voraciously and then there are some activities at the back such as colouring pages, puzzles and similar. It is a wonderful way to get kids learning without them realising they are doing so.

The box also included a world map which Jack is about to put on his bedroom wall – marking Egypt off on the timeline with the timeline sticker!

Jack has really been enjoying this box – learning plenty of things about Ancient Egypt whilst learning them in a fun way! I definitely think hr would want to carry on with the boxes – they are fantastic and he has really liked learning in this way.

With us loving the box so much, it is fantastic that we can announce that we are able to give away a 3 month bumper box for one lucky winner! If your kid loves history as much as mine does, then they will love this box. For your chance of winning, just fill in the Rafflecopter below. The giveaway is UK only and ends at 11.59pm on the 22nd of May 2020. Good luck!
