I’m a sucker for a free gift, me! Plus you should never let me do Christmas shopping on my own, I always end up treating myself too!
When I saw that MUA were offering a free Artiste palette when you spent over £6, I just couldn’t resist. It isn’t as if I needed a new palette but this has been on my wishlist for a while now and various blog reviews did nothing to curb my fancy. I also picked up an MUA Shimmer Kisses Intense Gloss in Sweet Nothings, a Kissproof lipstain in Fruitilicious and an Extreme Curl mascara in Black. I didn’t really need these products but isn’t it great to indulge in a little whimsy once in a while?
I also picked up a few things from The Body Shop. I’ve always loved this shop but had found myself neglecting it in recent years. My love affair with the brand was reignited at my baby shower, where people gave me Body Shop goodies by the dozen. Since then, I’ve made regular orders online and occasional trips in store so I knew I had to get a few things from there. I went on looking for a little something for my Mum and finally decided on the Strawberry Shower and Moisture set. My mother is strawberry crazy so this seemed fitting.
I’m more of a coconut girl myself so picked up the Coconut version as a treat for myself. I also picked up a Sandalwood & Ginger Scented Candle. As I have mentioned a few times recently, both here and on Twitter, I have really been into my scented products over the past month or so after my experience with Scentsy so I picked up one of the brands candles to give it a whirl. The fragrance takes ages to come through but when it does, it is absolutely amazing! I am super impressed with the quality and will definitely be buying some more of the candles in the range very soon!

I'm so jealous I love both these brands but buying everyones Christmas presents has just robbed me from buying any little treats for me 🙁
