Whilst I am not always the best at meal planning, I know that when I do plan it really works for me. Not only do I save a ton of money but I also tend to lose weight as I have made a conscious effort to be really healthy when planning and then preparing my meals.
I have recently come across these fab meal planning cards, giving a variety of ideas for different types of meals. The meals are mostly vegetarian or vegan but whilst I eat meat, I do often like to have a meat free meal so plenty of these sound of interest to me. The meal plan cards were created by Discount Supplements who provide discount supplements for health.
Some of these combinations I would never have thought to put together but some really give me some ideas. When Steve is on nights, I often fancy something light and don’t necessarily want what I am making Jack for dinner. These meal planning cheat sheets will give me some ideas for the future when I am struggling to decide what I would like to eat. In fact I am even craving a salad right now – just what shall I put in it?
You may be on something like Envigore which limits your appetite. The guides above will give you a general idea of the types of things you could eat. Try to keep meals small and light, then you will avoid any symptoms.
