Making Meal Planning Easy

Whilst I am not always the best at meal planning, I know that when I do plan it really works for me. Not only do I save a ton of money but I also tend to lose weight as I have made a conscious effort to be really healthy when planning and then preparing my meals.

I have recently come across these fab meal planning cards, giving a variety of ideas for different types of meals. The meals are mostly vegetarian or vegan but whilst I eat meat, I do often like to have a meat free meal so plenty of these sound of interest to me. Some of these combinations I would never have thought to put together but some really give me some ideas. When Steve is on nights, I often fancy something light and don’t necessarily want what I am making Jack for dinner. These meal planning cheat sheets will give me some ideas for the future when I am struggling to decide what I would like to eat. In fact I am even craving a salad right now – just what shall I put in it?
