It feels like I haven’t done a chatty post for a really long time. Blogging has taken a back seat whilst computer problems and life took over but this did lead to some amazing and spontaneous days with my family so I cannot complain – no one wants to be chained to their desk, after all!
It seems like so much has changed since I last wrote something like this. Last Monday we got the phone call to tell us that Jack had got into the pre school we had applied for and he is starting this Tuesday. He is only doing 15 hours per week but this is more than enough as we are preparing him for nursery at the school in September – which, funnily enough, we found out he had got into last Tuesday. Double celebration!
I also received a letter last week giving me an appointment which, after I’ve been, will spell the next chapter of our lives. We’ve made no secret of the fact that we would like to have more children and hopefully after next week we can start trying. All Jack seems to talk about right now is brothers and sisters so it is safe to say he is pretty eager.
We have been enjoying the sunshine and I’m going to cherish the times that Jack isn’t at pre school by doing some fun activities – we have a few day trips coming up including Butterfly World and a trip to the seaside with my parents and my Nan.
2015 seems to be going so fast at the moment – I can’t believe we are almost halfway through the year already! Life is changing so quickly for us and Jack is growing up so quickly too – he seems to change in front of our very eyes. My little tiny baby is now a fully walking, talking human with a gorgeous grin and an occasionally foul temper.
However – even though 2015 is going so fast, I can’t wait to see what it has in store for me.

Great news, lovely and positive. I thought the same thing the other day, my daughter starts big school in September and we just booked a short break to Blackpool.
