Life In A Lockdown {Linky} – Week 27

It is Tuesday again which means it is once again time for our Life In A Lockdown linky! Once again thanks go to Jenni from Lyrical Host for inspiring it and Sarah for creating it and inviting me along for the ride!

With it being week 27, we have now officially been posting this lockdown linky for over half a year! How bonkers is that! I can’t believe how long this has been going and how long it probably will go on for!

It is really simple to get involved and all we ask is that you give both Sarah and I a link back in your post, letting others know where to find the link-up. Then once it is live, all you need to do is pop over to mine or Sarah’s blog and pop your link in the InLinkz at the bottom so we can visit it and leave you a comment!

So what are my answers for this week??

1) How are you feeling/coping?

I am doing okay – I’ve enjoyed just being able to get out and about even if that is going on the school run! I had a bit of a wobble on Saturday though as it would have been my Dad’s birthday. However other than that, I have been feeling okay

2) What have you been up to over the past 7 days?

Working, school run, family time. That’s about it recently! Spent some time with my mum which was nice.

3) What are your priorities at the moment, have you changed what you will / won’t go out for?

I am still only really going out for the food shop, school runs and dog walks. So nope!

4) Have you found anywhere doing a really good job of catering to social distancing?

Nope as I haven’t been out. However I am going for a meal with some friends on Friday.

5) What have you bought this week that others might like? Especially if from a small business.

Nothing that I can think of. I’ve been considering some purchases though such as some ebooks from bloggers I have seen talked about on Twitter. How about you?

6) How has your routine been this week?

It has actually been pretty good – at least during the week! However weekends are a whole other story.

7) What have you learnt over lockdown (this doesn’t have to be a skill, it could be about yourself, your family, or something else).

That I need to have more faith in myself. I have managed to acquire some regular writing work recently and keep getting amazing feedback but yet still keep putting myself down when I read it back before sending it – even though they love it! Does anyone else do this?

8) What have you been grateful for over the past 7 days?

My family and friends.
