 When I was offered the opportunity to review a clock from Vinyl Clocks, I knew that it just had to be an Elvis one. Both Steve and his Dad are huge Elvis Presley fans and with Father’s Day coming up, what better gift could I give him? I didn’t actually know for sure which clock I would be receiving but did happen to mention my preference for The King and lo and behold, look what arrived through my letterbox! Vinyl Clocks make clocks out of near enough any vinyl you can think of and you can choose between 7″, 10″ or 12″ which is pretty good.

I am truly impressed with the way Vinyl Clocks package their items. Obviously, clocks are delicate items but the care and consideration that goes into packing these are second to none. As you can see above, the box arrives wrapped, underneath which is a layer of protective bubble wrap. Next is the cardboard box which beholds the company logo and nice little phrases such as timeless memories. I always think that packaging definitely plays a part when purchasing something and this packaging is definitely impressive. They insist you take great care in opening the box, after all, clocks are delicate things – and we were thrilled to find this inside…

We received the Elvis Presley Separate Ways vinyl and we truly love it – the great thing about this clock is that the lovely people at the company included the battery, which I believe is standard, which means you can begin using it straight away! Our clock has gold hands which only lends to the luxurious feel. Prices start at £14.95 and I am certain that this won’t be the last item from Vinyl Clocks to make it through my doors.
I have put it up in the living room for now, in place of our family canvas, but I do believe I shall be moving it into the bedroom shortly once I’ve moved a few things around. It will certainly make a fab extra touch!

  2. This is pretty awesome. You may have just solved my dilemma of what to buy our friends who have just got married in Vegas. They had an Elvis impersonator at the Wedding so one of these could be spot on! Thanks for sharing 🙂 x
