Hangrees Slime Collectable Figures | Review

We were sent a Hangrees bundle for the purpose of review. This post contains affiliate links.

I’ve mentioned before that Jack is your typical boy and loves toilet humour. When given the chance to review some of the new Hangrees figures, I knew he’d be interested!

The Hangrees are outrageous slime collectable figures – parodies of pop culture. Feed them their favourite food, snacks and drinks and then put them on the toilet to poop out slime. There are parodies of various films and TV shows including Harry Potter and Star Wars. Hangrees are for ages 8+ and there are over 35 different characters to collect.

We were sent a fantastic bundle including two Hangrees, some snacks and some extra goodies. Jack loved the fact that the snacks were given new names that were toilet themed – Poo-ringles, Diaritos and Reeks! Jack, Olivia and their Daddy had great fun enjoying the snacks!

We were sent Mutant Turds and 5 Nights of Farts – which are parodies of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and 5 Nights At Freddy’s. Jack was very excited to see the turtle especially – he’s a big TMNT fan!

Each Hangrees figure comes with a container, a toilet, slime powder and slime texture. For instance, the Mutant Turds Hangrees came with a Poo-Ringles can. This also contains a ball – you pop the slime powder and slime texture into the tin and shake it. You then put the mixture into the figure and shake again for at least a minute.

The figures each open up really wide as you can see. You make sure the tongue is up and pop the mixture in. Once the mixture is in and you’ve shook the figure for a minute, you can place your figure over the toilet to poop slime. You are given instructions on how perfectly to fit the figure to sit on the toilet.

Once you’ve got your Hangrees figure to poop slime, you leave it fifteen minutes to settle- then you have fun slime to play with!

Jack has really enjoyed playing with the Hangrees and definitely wants to pick up more of the figures in the future – there are so many he wants to collect. You can buy the figures for around £10 on Amazon {affiliate link} and Smyths.

  1. Oh my gosh I saw these in the store the other week and felt like a big kid as they made me laugh. Ash was like your going to get one aren’t you..

    I didn’t.

I love the way they sent you the package! I always think it’s extra fun when companies set things up like that.

  2. My daughter just loves slime and I know she would love to play with one of these!

  3. I’ve never seen these before. I can see where some kids would love them but honestly my oldest son is 23 and his best friend would love them all.

  4. Jake would have loved this when he was Jacks age, actually he probably woud love playing with it now lol. I love the packaging with the parodies of shows too

  5. Is it ridiculous that I think they’re quite hilarous? I know the kids would still think this is funny even though the boy is 14, lol!

  6. What a weird toy haha! They sound really gross but I can totally see the appeal…. 😀 x
