Goodfellas Perfect Night In

When I saw something regarding working with Goodfellas a little while back, I didn’t hesitate in getting in touch as if you know my other half, you will know that he may even love pizza more than he loves me! They promised to give you the perfect night in and when I got the email to say I was selected, I was over the moon.

I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of stuff in the box for our perfect night in‘. Steve works odd shifts so we seize every opportunity we have to spend time together. We decided to have our night in last week once Jack had gone to bed. As you can see in the above picture, we were given a vast variety of things  – scented candles, wine, a CD, a disposable camera. Steve was ecstatic to see a pizza stone and a new cutter in there too as this is something he has been wanting for ages! 

I’m not as big a fan of pizza as Steve is so I was looking forward to trying out the new Stonebaked Extra Thin range. Goodfellas had kindly given us a voucher for one so we could try it – but that didn’t stop Steve picking up the others in the range too! Once dinner was served, we settled down in front of the TV to watch some shows we’d recorded – the candles lent to a happy atmosphere and the wine was guzzled down very quickly. 

We don’t get much time together so being able to have a night in where we could just chill out really meant the world to us – and being able to chill out with some tasty food and some other great items was really great.
