It is almost Fathers Day which means it is time for me to share my Fathers Day gift guides with you all – I have four to show you – fashion, beauty and accessories; technology; food and drink and miscellaneous. Enjoy and I hope you find some gift inspiration!
The one thing I can always guarantee that my dad, father in law or Steve will get is socks. They do get other presents but socks are something that are always needed (especially in my family where the washing machine steals them all!) and these cute Bamboo socks would definitely be well received in my household! I have always heard good things about The Bluebeards Revenge products so was happy to receive an email offering me (or rather Steve) the chance to review one of their products – this time, the Eau De Toilette 100ml (£19.99). I loved the smell of this and whilst this isn’t something Steve would usually go for, he also found it really nice! It really reminds me of one of my Dad’s old aftershaves though so I am planning on adding this as an extra to my Dad’s gifts.
I have been nagging Steve for ages about taking proper care of his skin with a simple skincare routine but he didn’t want to listen. Step forward these products from No7 – a brand that he recognises (perhaps due to the sheer amount of stuff I own of theirs!) and thinks is good quality. If your other half or Dad is reluctant to participate in a simple skincare regime, these products may sway him and with both products together costing less than £20, not heavy on the pursestrings either.
Who says men can’t pamper themselves too? He is just about to start long shifts at a new job so will definitely be in need of bath with these…if he hasn’t already used them up by then!
Finally, an essential for all men. Like my Dad and father in law, Steve switches between a manual razor and an electric razor. When in a manual phase, he often reaches for a Wilkinson Sword razor so was pleased to be sent the Hydro 5 to test out. So far, so good. Definitely a worthwhile add on gift to any main gifts you may have chosen.

Love the ideas for fathers day,especially that jumper and the Bluebeards revenge after shave. I bought my husband some of their products for Christmas and he really loved them, he has a difficult beard and this range is formulated for stubborn types! Forgot all about them, reading this reminded me so I'll have to get him the after shave from my daughters as he hasn't tried it yet. Thanks
