When I saw Fleur De Force’s video where she shared the Closet Confidential Tag she had created (view that here), I immediately contacted her and asked her if it could be turned into a blog post which she very kindly agreed to! It has taken me a while to write this post but I am finally getting it down – I wonder what your answers would be!
What is the oldest item in your wardrobe/closet?
It has to be my Great Nan’s fake fur coat. She died in 2009, aged 96, and this was one of the things I inherited from her. Okay, it isn’t in my wardrobe in this house, I actually store it in my old room at my parents but I think it counts nonetheless.
What is the newest item?
Randomly, it is my Heat Holder leggings (pr sample) that I will be reviewing soon!
What is the most expensive item?
I actually don’t spend too much money on clothes. Okay, that is a lie. I do spend on clothes but always try to get more for my money. It would probably be a dress from Ann Summers for £35 or my coat from TK Maxx for the same price.
What is the cheapest/most affordable item? (that you wear/use a lot!)
TU @ Sainsbury’s grey leggings. Wear them all the time.
What was the biggest bargain?
Some gorgeous heels from H&M for just £5!
What was the biggest waste of money?!
A gorgeous dress from Jane Norman. Whilst it was beautiful, it was far too short for me and I got to wear it once before finding out I was pregnant and getting too fat for it!
BONUS QUESTION – Show us your three favourite items right now!
First up is my Boohoo bottle green tunic top which I wore to the Herts Xmas meal – I love this although I did think it made me look quite big so may slim down a little before wearing it next.
Next up is this top from Everything 5 Pounds – I have been wearing this ALL THE TIME.
Finally, my gorgeous green shoes from Everything 5 Pounds – whilst I haven’t had much opportunity to wear these recently due to the weather, I am sure these will be seeing an outing very soon, either for mine or Steve’s birthdays!
I tag you all to do this tag, it really makes you look at your wardrobe differently!
