Celebrate Mother’s Day In Style With Independent Wine

This is a sponsored post and the content is for 18+ readers only. Please drink responsibly.

You may have seen me talk about Independent Wine a few times in the past and I wanted to share with you their fantastic offering for Mother’s Day. We are all looking for the perfect gifts for those mother figures in our lives and they really have outdone themselves with this one.

Who loves a wine tasting? I know I do! But we can’t do those in person right now – so what are they doing?

Taking place just before Mother’s Day weekend, they are hosting virtual premium wine tastings, focusing firmly on fine wines. Each of their tasting packs includes three full size (750ml) bottles of award winning win from Italy, instead of sample sizes. Many brands offer just sample sizes so this is absolutely fantastic.

If this sounds like the perfect gift for your mum or mother in law or just sounds like something you’d like to do – get your other half to give you a break from the kids and book yourself a ticket. The sessions are taking place on the 11th and 12th of March – so very soon – and focus on red wines from Northern Italy. Thursday will be focusing on Pinot Noir from the Dolomite Alps and Friday will be focusing on the red wines of Piedmont.

Fore more information, see the website – tickets cost £99 per household.

If your mum isn’t too up on technology (like mine who even finds it hard to work her ancient mobile phone),  then there are some other lovely ideas for Mother’s Day.

With premium Italian wine and matching truffle gift sets from the Highland Choclatier himself, Ian Burnett, your mum can indulge herself in some delicious fruity and spicy truffles that are paired perfectly with the wine included. You can pick yours up here.

Not only that but they also offer free gift wrapping and you can add a greetings card too!

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, we are all thinking of some lovely things we can buy the mother figures in our life and Independent Wine really have pulled out all the stops to ensure they have some lovely gift options even during these trying times.

I can’t wait to be able to enjoy a glass of wine in the garden with my mum!

Have you bought any gifts for the mother figure in your life yet?

I’ve bought some bits for my mum, but she is a wine fan so something like this could work really well for her x
