We were recently given the chance to review a children’s DVD coming out very soon, Capture The Flag. With Jack on Easter holidays, he soon got to watching it and after he had watched it, I got him to give me the lowdown on what he thought! Read on to find out more.

However, when Mike discovers that an eccentric billionaire plans to fly to the moon, claim its vast, valuable mineral resources, and destroy the American flag planted by the Apollo 11 astronauts, the countdown to a spectacular adventure begins! So what did Jack think of the movie ahead of its launch? Well, simply put…HE LOVED IT! He is well into space at the moment – he’s a real Star Wars fanboy and loves all that kind of stuff so I knew he would really enjoy this film. Normally if we put a DVD on for him in his room we hear him shouting down about something or other but he was so engrossed in this film the first time he watched it, we never heard a peep.
Right now its the one DVD he asks for when he wants to watch one in his room and he loves nothing more than telling me all about the story and how the boy and his grandfather are trying to protect the legacy of the moon landing and how they are saving the American flag.
All in all it is a really fun little film and Jack really enjoyed it. If your children are big on space, perhaps this may be the film for them! I know Jack isn’t going to tire of it anytime soon and has even invited some friends round to watch it. You just can’t beat a fun light-hearted kid’s film, can you? Jack certainly thinks you can’t!
