I’ve been seeing these ‘Before I Had Children…’ posts around recently and found out that the lovely Nat aka Style Me Sunday had started it off. I love the idea so I thought I would share my post with you all today.
Before I had Jack I used to think motherhood would be a walk in the park. Boy, was I wrong!
Before I had Jack I thought my pre pregnancy body would be easily achievable afterwards. Nope.
Before I had Jack I thought sleep was overrated. Now I wish I could have more of it!
Before I had Jack I always wanted four children. I’m happy to have less now, although I wouldn’t mind.
Before I had Jack I thought I knew what love was.
Before I had Jack I always thought I would be late 20’s/early 30’s before having children.
Before I had Jack I worried about how good a parent I would be.
Before I had Jack I didn’t realise just how much those little things really matter.
What would be on your list?
