BEDM #16: Chit Chat

I completely forgot to take pictures all day so that left today’s BEDM prompt pretty much redundant. I debated what to write about and in all honesty, I still don’t know what I am going to write about so let’s see how this goes…

So much has gone on these past few weeks and I don’t know where to start. Even more money problems, Jack being poorly, Steve being poorly…just some of the bad things that have happened. Then a ray of sunshine – an answer to our money worries and Steve has a new job in the same company but at a site closer to home – this will save us up to £120-150 of petrol and travel related costs a month – an incredible amount when we struggle most of the time. My freelance work had dried up but I have started to see things coming through which is fantastic. I also go on holiday in a couple of weeks and I can barely wait…I need the break if I am totally honest and I get to see two of my favourite bloggers in the process…yay!

Jack’s saying even more now – his vocabulary is increasing by the day even though he has learned a couple of phrases which he keeps repeating – ‘Stop It!’ over and over again grows rather tiresome.  Potty training has taken a step forward too which is brilliant – hopefully we will get further over the summer.  Jack’s growing up into a polite, happy little boy and I couldn’t be more proud.

Going forward, I see this year slowly turning more positive for me – here’s hoping!
