Advent Day 14 – Get Strong, Get Fit, Get Happy by Stuart Roberts

Day 14 and we are here with another book that we hope you will enjoy!

As you get older, are you keen on getting healthier and fitter? Sometimes this can be easier said than done and we require a little bit of a helping hand to help us achieve this. The book we are giving away today is designed to help you find the knowledge, get the confidence and take the inspiration to achieve your health and fitness goals.

This is designed for men and women aged 40 plus but anyone can take ideas from it – or it could make a wonderful gift for someone you love.

2021 is a year we are all looking forward to for a variety of reasons. Wouldn’t getting healthier and fitter be just one of the things we want to do in that year? If so, then this book may just the book for you!

Find out a little more about the book below:

Get Strong, Get Fit, Get Happy will give you the knowledge, confidence and inspiration to reach and maintain a level of health and fitness for the rest of your life that many would consider unattainable. Together with Personal Trainer and Naturopathic Nutritionist, Stuart Roberts, you’ll consider how pre-conceived ideas and commonly held perceptions about ageing and health can unwittingly convince us to expect significantly declining health and physical fitness as we get older. If you’re approaching a milestone birthday, this manual designed to support men and women aged 40-plus, would be a great way to celebrate the rest of your life!

For your chance of winning, fill in the Gleam widget below and let me know in 8 words or more what (if any) New Year’s Resolutions you have for 2021.
