Degustabox | April 2025

I was sent a Degustabox for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.

Don’t forget you can get your first box here. Here are our thoughts on the April Degustabox. Use this code ZVDSC to get £3 off your first box!

So what did we think of the box?

KitKat Hazelnut Chocolate Sharing Bar – £1.50 // KitKat Double Chocolate Sharing Bar – £1.50 // KitKat Salted Caramel Sharing Bar – £1.50

It’s no secret that we love chocolate in our house and we are BIG fans of KitKats. These are three new delicious sharing bars that have been added to the KitKat range and we like them all. It is tough to pick a favourite but if I had to choose, I think I’d have to go with the Double Chocolate – it just gives so much more KitKatty goodness!

Rubicon Spring Vits Mango Passion & Spring Vits Black Cherry Pomegranate – £1.29 each

We love Rubicon in our house and we also drink a lot of water and flavoured water. The Rubicon Spring Vits range is a brand new range of flavoured vitamin waters and these two flavours are absolutely delicious, so refreshing and perfect for the upcoming summer months. They are low in calories, taste great and contain 100% of your recommended daily intake of Niacin, Vitamin B6 and B12!

Bonne Maman Crunchy Hazelnut Chocolate Spread – £3.10

I have kids so chocolate spread is a MUST in my house. We are also big fans of Bonne Maman jams so seeing their chocolate spread in the box, we knew we were in for a treat. This tastes incredible and also contains no palm oil! Yummy.

Knorr Aromat Seasoning – £1.90

I’ve told you before how we HATE plain food and have a whole cupboard full of seasonings, spices and marinades. This Aromat seasoning is a welcome addition to the cupboard as it is such a versatile ingredient. It can be used in cooking or even as a condiment like salt and pepper if you wish. Always handy to have this available to use in the kitchrn!

teapigs Decagf English Breakfast – £11.90

I do drink tea but don’t drink it very often at home so we rarely have teabags in the house. I usually end up taking tea to my friends! However these are decaf and since I am trying to reduce my caffeine, have been a welcome addition. They still have the same taste just less caffeine. The teabags are also plastic free.

Mr Porky Crispy Strips – £1.50

Steve has been on Mounjaro since January and has been losing weight steadily but something he needed to do to was ensure he upped his protein and fibre so his lunches for work have changed. He has been opting for snacks with higher protein and often goes for pork scratchings or crispy strips such as this so he was very happy to see these included!

They are porky and salty in taste and are high in protein with 59g of protein per 100g whilst remaining low in carbohydrates too! We will definitely pick up some more of these!

Brioche Pasquier Chocolate Chip Pancakes – £2.50

These are Product of the Month and as a massive fan of Brioche Pasquier, I’m not going to argue! These are new to their product range and are absolutely delicious and indulgent. Soft, fluffy and with tasty little chocolate chips, these are great for breakfast or a snack. We are often running out of the door in the mornins so these being twin wrapped to take out with us are great!

We will definitely pick up more of these!

Cheez-It Cheese Sour Cream & Onion – £2

We love the Cheez-It range so were very happy to see these included! They are baked with 100% real cheese and taste amazing – the flavour is perfect as it isn’t too delicate nor is too intense. The only problem is putting the bag down without eating them all!

This was a fantastic box this month with a great variety of products. The price you’d pay separately comes to just under £30 which is over double what you’re paying – amazing!
