Synctuition Meditation App | Review & Lifetime Subscription Giveaway

I was gifted a free lifetime subscription to the Synctuition app for the purpose of review.

The fastest-rising mindfulness app in the UK, Synctuition is currently the third-highest-grossing mindfulness app on the market in both the US and the app’s home, Estonia, and has over 3million users across the world.

Developed over 10 years and collecting over 10,000 sounds from across the world, the app is the first to incorporate several science-backed technologies to objectively relax the mind and catalyse longer-term health benefits. Users will discover personalised frequencies based on the user’s own voice, incorporated into the journeys. There is also immersive 3D audio available and binaural beats!

They have also recently partnered with Gympass, the world’s largest corporate wellness platform. As one of the first mindfulness apps to be added to Gympass membership packages, the deal will see Gympass and Synctuition support the mental health of users globally. With over two-thirds (67%) of UK adults experiencing severe anxiety since the start of the pandemic and with many turning to exercise and mental health apps to help ease stress, it is a welcome partnership for sure.

The app is now available to download at no additional cost for Gympass users and  will enable Gympass’ corporate customers (including several Fortune500 companies) to support their employees by providing a comprehensive wellness programme aimed at tackling both physical and mental health.

Synctuition app

After a stressful few weeks, all I wanted to do was relax so couldn’t wait to see what the app had to offer. There are 5 levels – each with 20 journey tracks to listen to. A 6th level is coming soon and you can even download some of the tracks to the available offline section so you can listen to them, even when you aren’t connected to the internet.

Looking to truly relax and calm my mind, I have been slowly working through the tracks, usually before bed to help me get to sleep and more importantly, have a better sleep. I am feeling much more alert and active during the day (I did take a few days off though due to a headache that wouldn’t go away) and generally much more relaxed than I am used to.

I have also found the blog a source of great information – surrounding a variety of topics such as intuition, sleep and success. I’ve loved reading through them and discovering more about the topics such as the benefits of meditation and trusting your intuition. It is really useful being able to access information in this way.

If reading blog posts are not your thing then perhaps watching videos is. The app also offers some handy videos to help you discover Synctuition in more depth and really use the app to its full potential.

So far, I have been very impressed with the app and it has certainly been what I needed in such a time of uncertainty. I will be continuing on through the tracks and the journeys and can’t wait to see what level 6 has to offer! This is now a must have app for me and perfect for using before bed, especially if I’ve had a stressful day and need to relax.

I’ve been chatting with the team and as well as my lifetime subscription, they have kindly allowed me to giveaway a lifetime subscription worth $299.99 (£230) to one lucky winner. If you’d like the opportunity to win a lifetime subscription to the app, just complete the Gleam widget below. This giveaway is UK only and ends at 11.59pm on the 31st of October 2020.

Good luck!
