My 2020 Reading Challenge – Books 11-15

Some of these books were sent for the purpose of review – these will be clearly marked. This post also contains affiliate links.

I really lost my mojo for a while but since lockdown, it has come back with a vengeance. Here’s books 11-15 of my 2020 reading challenge – read books 1-5 here and books 6-10 here.

When Stars Will Shine: Helping Our Heroes, One Page At A Time – Compiled By Emma Mitchell – 5/5

A selection of short stories from some amazing authors, these are all Christmassy with a twist. Some stories will break your heart and some are rather heartwarming and I really enjoyed this book, especially knowing that the book is raising money for charity. You can buy the book on Amazon here {affiliate link}.

Cherringham – Murder Under The Sun by Matthew Costello and Neil Richards – 4/5

Another instalment of the series I really enjoy and this was another great book in the series. With side character Grace’s wedding approaching, nothing could ruin her big day, could it? You can buy the book on Amazon here {affiliate link}.

Rats: Practical, Accurate Advice from the Expert by Debbie Ducommum – 4/5

You may have noticed we have got some new additions to the family. Well we wanted to make sure that we knew all there was to know about them and this was ever such a handy guide. The only reason I didn’t mark this as 5 as it seemed very Americanised and thus some of the information wasn’t relevant to us here in the UK. You can buy the book on Amazon here {affiliate link}.

The Love Square by Laura Jane Williams – 4/5 (ARC sent for review)

I’ve read plenty of Laura’s books before so I was so excited to be sent this book for review. I enjoyed it but not quite as much as the others I have read. You can read my full review here. You can pre-order the book on Amazon here {affiliate link}.

The Vow by Debbie Howells – 4/5 (ARC sent for review)

The synopsis of this book made it sound so interesting and it really was. It slowed down a little in the middle but picked up. You can read my full review here. You can pre-order the book on Amazon here {affiliate link}.
