Christmas may look a little different for many of us this year but that doesn’t mean we can’t try to celebrate it like we normally can. I know that we will be spending time together as a family, cooking up Christmas dinner and indulging in festive goodies just like we always do. The only thing that might change is the possibility of not seeing other family members and friends instead.
With that in mind, I have been thinking about preparing food for Christmas and some of the tools you may need. I wanted to share with you some of my top tools to help with the Christmas food preparation this year..
I find a hotplate absolutely invaluable. There is so much to do at Christmas time and so many different things to cook and sometimes you need that extra help. One of my must haves is a hot plate – I remember my first Christmas meal with my in laws and seeing my mother in law utilise her hot plates – what a game changer!
If you only have a small amount of people to cook for, this is the hotplate you need. It is 1500W and has 6 levels of precise temperature control. It can keep food warm, boil water and even cook pasta or steaks! It works with all cookwares and uses technology that is more stable and anti-rust! A must have for smaller families.

For a larger family, you can’t go wrong with this double burner. There are 6 levels of precise temperature control on both sides so food can be cooked simultaneously. With the amount of vegetables Christmas time needs, this is the perfect tool for boiling water – it can boil 1000ml of water in 5 minutes under maximum power and has 6 power levels including keep warm, stir fry and deep fry. It is fully safety certificated and is so durable. This is my choice for cooking vegetables as it is so good!

Another option for those with families who require a little more space. I will definitely go for the induction stove as it’s what we’ve been using for about 4 years now. It’s relatively safer and in terms of consumption, lower.
These are wonderful gadgets to add to a kitchen or a dorm room. They would make great gift ideas too.

I used this only for emergency situation. Like when to make hot food fast or when gas finished. I have the little one. This is really good product.
