Ginvera Green Tea Exfoliating Marvel Gel

I mentioned recently that although I do use exfoliators occasionally, I really needed to step up a gear and incorporate them fully into some sort of routine. The Ginvera Green Tea Exfoliating Marvel Gel couldn’t have come along at a better time. I have been using this product for just under a month now in order to give it a full test. Part of its appeal was the fact that the product originates from Asia and as you all know, I have recently been testing out numerous Asian products and have fallen in love with a few of them…would this be the same?
This has been reviewed favourably by many a blogger or beauty expert and I am not one to buck the trend. This handy little tube is brilliant! Application is a doddle, the gel is extremely smooth and light. You can really feel the gel doing its work and I was left with much smoother and brighter skin as a result. These harsh winter days have really been playing havoc with my skin and it was definitely in need of some TLC which it found in this product. I was a little shocked at the amount of dead skin cells that I noticed when I washed it off – hardly attractive but shows it was working!
The gel claims to:
Rub away deep layers of dead skin cells
Rub away blackheads painlessly
Contact pores for refined skin (as dead skin cells have been cleared from pores)
Lighten black spots, freckles & scars
Remove oil seeds
Prevent pimples
Brighten dull complexion
Change dark, rough skin to smooth skin
Enhance quick absorption of other skin care products
While I can’t honestly say I have noticed ALL of these, I have definitely noticed dead skin cells being rubbed away and a brighter complexion. This has definitely become a staple in my skincare routine but it doesn’t come cheap – the things we ladies go through for beauty, eh?
You can buy this wonder gel for £22 from the Janiro or Harvey Nichols.
Have you tried this product?
