Our L.O.L Surprise Easter Hunt

Items sent for the purpose of creating this post

It has been a bit of a tough Easter holidays for Jack. The first week was spent at Easter camp for a couple of hours each day which was great and he really enjoyed himself but he was so looking forward to the second week – attending church with his camp mates on the Sunday, zoo on the Monday, Legoland on the Thursday and numerous Easter Egg hunts and trails in between. Unfortunately he got poorly on the Saturday night and so missed church and his friends on the Sunday, the zoo on Monday and it looked very unlikely we would make it to Legoland.

Luckily he got better and Wednesday morning we went to the zoo, Thursday to Legoland (posts on both this week!) – but its been a struggle to fit everything else in to just a few short days! We were sent a selection of L.O.L Surprise toys to do an Easter hunt with. I don’t gender specify the toys Jack plays with and am more than happy for him to play with what some consider ‘girls toys’ and I knew he’d enjoy this so of course I said yes.

The set came with a L.O.L. Surprise Diva Bow, Secret Message, Jokes, Colouring In Sheet, Postcard, Sweets & a L.O.L. Surprise toy. So how did he do?I must admit, I did make it a little easier for him to find the items since he still wasn’t 100% – no one wants to have to deal with a poorly and stroppy five year old if they can’t find things easily!

As you can see, he had lots of fun finding all the items! I’ve already had the bow put in my hair more times than I count and he loved opening the L.O.L Surprise ball to see what was inside. With 7 layers of surprise, you get a secret message, collectible stickers, water bottles, shoes, outfit, accessory and the doll herself. He had great fun giving the doll water in her water bottle and showing Olivia it – telling her that she would be hers when she was old enough to play with her, aww!

I love the idea of the L.O.L Surprise dolls; they’re fun for both boys and girls and Jack really enjoyed his Easter hunt that they helped us create. Why not check them out?
